Listings on the Service include both paid, clearly labeled sponsored placements and unpaid listings sourced from public data or our own directory.
One Place Finder does not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any business listed on the Service, whether sponsored or unpaid. We do not verify licensing, insurance, or quality of work beyond basic application review for sponsored listings. Users are solely responsible for vetting any business before engaging their services, including verifying licenses, insurance, and reviews independently.
Businesses may pay to appear as a sponsored ("Ad") result within relevant categories and cities. Sponsored status is always clearly labeled and does not imply endorsement, certification, or quality guarantee by One Place Finder. Sponsorship affects placement only, not the accuracy of any independently written guidance on the same page.
You agree not to use the Service to: submit false or misleading business information; scrape, copy, or republish site content or listings at scale; attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Some listings and map data are sourced from third-party providers, including OpenStreetMap contributors. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data and do not control the content of external websites linked from the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. One Place Finder is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with any business found through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
